We absolutely loved the peaceful and secluded location of this hotel, nestled amidst stunning mountain scenery. The hotel facilities were excellent with a lovely natural lake and a clean indoor pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and customer-focused, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh, giving us plenty of energy for our mountain walks.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Great room with mountain view and comfortable bed. The dinner was delicious, with fresh and diverse menu options at a reasonable cost. The location is perfect for a romantic escape, with beautiful landscapes around and peaceful atmosphere.
The breakfast was just average, with not much variety and assigned seating. , the hotel needs to improve the bathroom facilities, with outdated showers and no handy equipment for children.

Spent my New Year at a mountain hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel had breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and was located in a peaceful environment. The staff was very attentive, and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and they had a separate area for hotel guests and a restaurant with a good selection of food. The highlight of the stay was the beautiful natural lake for swimming, which was an added bonus. The hotel also organized various activities, which was a great way to spend the day.
The hotel was quite isolated, and we had to drive up a steep and curvy road to get there, which could be a bit challenging at times. The only downside was that the room did not have a kettle or minibar, which would have been convenient to have. the stay was pleasant, and it was a great value for the price we paid.

the rooms were spacious, clean, and had natural wood that created an authentic alpine chalet feel. the hotel had a large breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh food. the grounds featured a gorgeous natural lake for swimming, an indoor pool, and a games room that was great for entertainment.
Although the hotel had many amenities, it was somewhat remote, which made it feel isolated.
